Marisa Murray B. Eng, MBA and MCC is the Founder and CEO of Leaderley, a TEDx Speaker, Master Certified Coach (MCC), and former Accenture Partner and Bell Canada VP who helps senior leaders drive transformation with clarity and speed.

She is the creator of  Iterative™ Leadership, a methodology designed for rapid change, responsible innovation, and AI-enabled transformation. A three-time #1 Amazon bestselling author (Work Smart, Iterate!, Blind Spots) and co-author of the USA Today bestseller The Younger Self Letters, Marisa works with CEOs and executive teams across global enterprises and mission-driven organizations.

Suzanne Grether is a Leaderley Faculty Coach, Professor, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) who helps leaders and teams move from uncertainty to strategic clarity, from overwhelm to focused execution, and from friction to collaboration. 

Bilingual in English and French, with over two decades of experience across industrial, pharmaceutical, and professional services environments, Suzanne has led performance, capability-building, and bilingual training initiatives in senior roles at Novo Nordisk, Cintas, and Altis Recruitment. As a Professor of Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Algonquin College, she is known for inspiring, engaging instruction that develops practical leadership skill.

Paul Grether is an award-winning business development executive responsible for Leaderley Partnerships.  He combines strategic insight with a relationship-first, client-centric approach earning his trust with C-suite leaders.

With over three decades of experience driving growth and building global relationships, Paul has supported complex organizations including 3M, Bombardier, and Airbus. At Leaderley, he cultivates high-trust executive partnerships to ensure leadership development investments translate into sustainable impact.

Paul also oversees Leaderley’s partnership with AWE Global, a Montreal-based charity that equips women entrepreneurs in the developing world with entrepreneurial, innovation, and leadership skills—supported by Leaderley donations of over $130,000 to date.
